Monthly subscriptions range from £29–£99 per site depending on features and business size. Bluetooth temperature probes are £60–£120 each, wireless fridge/freezer sensors £90–£150 each. Installation is often free or around £100 one-time. Multi-site discounts are available. You can start simple with just the app (around £30/month) and add sensors as you grow. No long contracts—most plans are month-to-month.
Yes. Your team already knows how to use a smartphone, and that's all they need. Training takes 10–15 minutes. We've designed this for busy kitchens where staff don't have time for complicated systems. Our adoption rate is excellent because it's faster and easier than paper—not harder.
